as far as spontaneous portraits go, this is pretty damn awesome 
my cat used to do this to me lol
I'm probably over analysing.... but I think the kitten on your face adds a whole new level, I can imagine the story behind this shot lol it would have been a nice, run of the mill pose of you and your kitten, but instead of sitting still he or she obviously had other ideas and decided to climb on your face lol
